Turn BilliardsON into a professional broadcasting suite. The Broadcast Engine is now fully integrated across all of our match trackers. Learn how to instantly sync your local scoreboard to OBS Studio or vMix.
Open your preferred scoreboard (Simple, Advanced, Carom, or Snooker) on your controller device (like an iPad or laptop). Enter the player names, set your match targets, and configure your settings.
Click the "Go Live" button at the top of the scoreboard. In the control panel, you can customize the stream by setting a primary brand color and pasting an optional Sponsor Logo URL.
* Note: You must be signed in to your BilliardsON account to host a broadcast.
On your streaming computer, open OBS Studio (or vMix). This is where the magic happens.
Once you have copied your link into OBS, close the "Live" modal on your controller device.
Closing the modal gives you full access to the scoreboard buttons again. The broadcast will continue running silently in the background. Every time you tap to add a point, deduct a point, or start the shot clock, those actions will beam directly to your OBS stream instantly.
When the match is completely over and you are ready to stop streaming, simply click the glowing Radio Tower icon at the top of your scoreboard to open the modal again.
Click the red "End Broadcast" button. This will shut down the secure link and gracefully remove the overlay from your OBS feed.
All four trackers are fully equipped with the Stream Overlay Studio.
