Important Liability Notice

BilliardsON operates strictly as an advertising conduit and classified ads board. We do not process payments on-platform for classified ads. All transactions are conducted off-platform directly between users.

ZERO LIABILITY: BilliardsON holds zero liability for off-platform user disputes, scams, undelivered goods, returns, or misrepresentations. You sell entirely at your own risk.

1. Agreement Overview

This Seller Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and governs your use of listing features on the Platform. By listing items for sale, you agree to all terms herein.

2. Listing Standards

2.1 Required Information

Every listing must include:

Clear, descriptive title (minimum 10 characters)
Detailed item description (minimum 50 characters)
At least 3 high-quality photos showing the actual item (no stock photos)
Accurate price in USD or EUR
Item condition (New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor)

2.2 Prohibited Practices

You may NOT:

Misrepresent item condition or hide defects in photos.
Create duplicate listings to spam search results.
List stolen property, counterfeit goods, or non-billiards items.

3. Seller Conduct & Ethics

Sellers are expected to act professionally. You agree to describe items truthfully, disclose all defects or wear, and respond to buyer inquiries promptly.

If a dispute arises over an off-platform transaction, it must be resolved directly with the buyer or the third-party payment processor (e.g., PayPal). BilliardsON will not mediate or enforce refunds for classified transactions.

4. Automated Content Moderation

Automated "Under Review" Status

To protect the marketplace, our system utilizes automated moderation. If any of your listings accumulates 3 or more pending user reports for fraud or misrepresentation, it will be automatically hidden from public search pending administrative review.
