By accessing or using our billiards platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by BilliardsON OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
To use certain features of the Platform (such as marketplace selling or organizing tournaments), you must create an account and complete phone verification. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
BilliardsON operates a free classifieds board. We do not charge listing fees or sales commissions. As a result, BilliardsON does not process payments or mediate disputes between users. The seller acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction, and all payments must be arranged directly between users off-platform.
The Platform operates a global algorithmic ranking system (BPR). By participating in Platform-sanctioned tournaments, you consent to your match results being permanently recorded and processed to calculate your public BPR rating. This rating is algorithmic, objective, and cannot be manually disputed or erased outside of standard account deletion procedures.
Organizers use our software to manage brackets and participants. Entry fees are collected directly by the organizer outside the platform. The tournament organizer is solely responsible for the collection and distribution of the tournament prize pool, as well as compliance with all applicable local tax laws and VAT obligations.
The Sponsorship Hub is a paid subscription feature. Companies may publish sponsorship listings, and paid players may apply. BilliardsON does not mediate, guarantee, or enforce any sponsorship agreement between players and companies — the Platform serves only as a discovery tool.
IMPORTANT: IN NO EVENT SHALL BILLIARDSON OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS INITIATED THROUGH OUR CLASSIFIEDS BOARD.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
